This is an app designed for high school students to reduce the stress associated with the final year of school. Everything included within the App has been tested to offer stress relieving techniques and tips and to improve study and to help relieve stress. This app has been created by a student who is currently in her final year of school. The student is uniquely positioned to understand the pressures being experienced by other students as they struggle with the pressure to succeed.
